im posting this for ppl looking for injectors, i have 560cc evo 9 injectors in my car, they work perfect, cheap way of getting larger injectors, they are low impedance so they drop right in, u just need injector clips which isnt a big deal, so just to inform ppl evo 8 and 9 work i have yet to check the 10 but i know for sure 8 and 9 both come with 560cc injectors stock and they usually sell for around 100 bucks a set so get two sets and u will have 2 extra for whatever

this is awesome news, i've been wanting some 550cc injectors for a long time. So if i get the injectors and get some clips then pretty much they're plug-in-play?

It is said that the EVO 8 and 9 injector ratings aren't accurate. At 35-40psi FP they flow close to 580cc or 600cc if I remember. They are a common cheap replacement in the DSM world but when compensating with a chip, most had to raise the cc programed by at least 10%-15%.

I could be wrong, but they flow around 560-600cc at 35-40psi FP.

Im curious still, still is boggling my mind, i have a Lex AFM sitting around, but i assume i also need 550cc injectors for them both to perform right?
Would i have to do anything else i.e. tuning or FP unit?
PM response would be kickass!

The car will run just fine with the Lex AFM and 560cc Injectors, no piggy back needed.

A PM response would not be kickass, as it would not help anyone other then yourself.

A fuel pressure regulator such as the Aeromotive piece is always good to have for added flexibility to overall tuning. An SAFC or equivalent wouldn't hurt either as the 550-lex AFM swap runs very rich. Compound that with under rated injectors as was mentioned here and you may need to lower fuel pressure a few PSI or pull out some fuel with the SAFC.

I believe it's the 87-88 turbo model. The car only had 2 injectors each I believe, so you's have to get pretty lucky in that junkyard.
