3pc wing or whaletail

I'm kind of partial to the whaletail nmyself. I don't own one yet, but once I get the money, the 88 1-piece is getting ripped off for good!
Right now im just looking to get a 3pc wing to put it on my 87. I will consider whaletail if i have the money
I've fallen for the Pre89 wings.
I do love the wrap around 3 piece wings, however, everyone has them.
Whaletails...
I :love: them. Sometimes they don't look right on some cars...but with the right looking setup, and a nice front lip, it is pure Supra sex.

depends for me. I'd go with a whale tail if something else on the car was aftermarket, like a lip, or a whole body kit for that matter, to accent it. I love the stock 3 piece just the way it sits.
stock 3-pce looks understated and fits nicely I think. Personally I think whaletails look a little over the top, but to each his own...
It all depends on the color of the car. Whale tails look great on dark colored cars, but I dont like them on light colored ones. Side profile is nice but the rear profile is very odd on a light colored car with the whale tail.
