2JZ intake manifold support bracket

Hey guys,

Is the 2JZGTE stock intake manifold support bracket really necessary? I'm talking about the one that would attach to the fuel dampner that we lose or have to redesign once we install the swap motor brackets?

IMO i dont think it is. You have a small one at the top that bolts from the cylinder head to the throttle bracket anyway. Seems like to luch trouble to go throuh. I left mine out

Would you happen to have a pic of that small bracket? I don't think I've seen that one also lol. I'll see if I can find it on the web.

Thank you!! I don't recall seeing that one when taking stuff apart. I'll double check.
