FYI
I got one from Jeff at Champion, $52.50 can't beat him...
I'll do a little post when we put it on the engine and such.

i'm assuming you're talking about the '89+ mounts, right? a lot of the 1jz guys do this. :) if not, then carry on! (well, carry on anyway, as i'm interested in any information you can provide. :))

yeah, I am. This is going in the 90.
Anyway, I searched for a used 90+ mount and all I found was 713 other posts requesting 90+ mounts!
so I figured I'd share that they are available, and I'll verify that they work once it shows up.

Yeah, I was thinking of using one 2JZ mount and one solid when my engine is done.... doesn't seem like a bad idea from my standpoint.

Which one is the usual suspect?
Both of mine were torn and gross...
I was going to put the solid on the exhaust side, and the 2jz on the intake side.
Maybe put an engine damper across to a strut tower.

hmm, exhaust was broken on our 90, but the crank spins clockwise, so the motor should rotate counterclockwise when torqueing... so the intake side "should" tear before the exhaust side...
