1jz turbo choices

So I'm looking around for new turbo choices. My friend has a Powerhouse RacingStage 1 Turbo he might sell to me. Has anyone done this before? I know a lot of people have put them on 2jz's. How would it be on a 1jz? Would it be too big?

Can't say i know about that turbo but you might want to be a bit more specific about the turbo you are looking at for example the .ar on it a air flow map for the turbo would be a good start also.

From what i have seen people do here is usually go with other turbo's as thier choice for swaping to a single with the 1JZ

answer a few questions for yourself HP goal and budget. also if you like the quick spool feel of the twins obviously you'll hit some obstacle if you want that and big HP numbers
