no, it does not have the undertray. i have been checking each time we have been dealing with the car and there is no coolant leaks or oil leaks other then what shoots out the top of the filler neck/overflow.

ive read/heard somewhere that the stock IC will hold quite abit of flow/power. id say u should be fine up until u need to start upgrading ur fuel system [injectors, pump, lexus afm, etc..]
