I bought an afm off someone on here. He said it worked. I think the one I had on there was a lex afm.

Its a 1987 turbo. When it starts on its own, it turns back off immediately. I have to make sure that the cps and timing are right when I have a little more time to check them. I used a multimeter to adjust the tps and did it correctly. I've cleaned and tried two different isc's before.

What I meant, was that I fixed some stuff and the codes went away. I think it was a code 51 and I adjusted the tps correctly and it was gone.

I'll try to check it out. As I said I'm kinda of a noob. I cleared all the error codes. I have also changed the spark plugs and have tried two different isc's that I've taken apart and cleaned.

I'll check on some of that stuff when I have time. Also I think the car is running very rich because it backfires a lot and sometimes when I keep the car on with the throttle it'll randomly go to 2k or even 3k by itself. Don't know if any of this will help.

Well there is two of those brown wires. There by the injectors and go under the intake manifold.
