ECU is fine, had it recapped by Aaron at DM. I had bought a bad ECU(no start) but picked up another one. My buddy had a brand new TPS, I swapped them out and the problem still persist. Im thinking low fuel pressure or bad MAP sensor. How would I check resistance on the MAP sensor?

K, I got the CEL fixed. There was an OPEN in the circuit, I re-wired it up and drove about 50 miles and I noticed that the acceleration is a whole lot better but I still get a stutter.

Thanks for the response. Are the GE KS the same as the 1J's? Checking continuity, would I be checking at the ECU or at the plug where the sensor is? What should it measure in Ohms?
