sweet its driving awesome! im gonna go down to the junk yard and get a dipstick. im hopeing the other 2 wires on the plug i spliced to start the car just run the reverse lights.

I thought for sure it was that wire but im starting to think theres not enough oil...

we put a new filter in. the old one looked normal, had some very small particle in the screen no metal chunks and the magnet in the pan had a sludge film on it also no metal chunks. I was told at the auto parts store i need 1.9l of oil so i put 1 and half quarts to start off cause i didnt drain...

i'll have to go down the the shop and fire it up and check the amount of oil on the stick.

its in park, its starts up now. and its has plenty of oil. i shift through the gears and nothing happens it no noises or anything, but it is hooked up and clicking through the gears. does anyone know if that missing plug that i spliced to start the car is my problem? what do the other 2 wires...
