With may crank pulley at top dead center and my (stock) cam gear marks lined up, I can't get the teeth right for the timing belt to go on correctly (with proper tension. I'm running high boost 16-20 lbs. so should the timing be dead on or should i advance or retard it a little?

Does anyone know the wiring for the cam sensor? I had hardwired my old one to get rid of the plug, it was NG. The wires finally went so i installed a new cam sensor and now the car wont fire. It's only four wires. Should I just try each possible option? Or does anyone know what wires from the...
