    It’s been a while.

Thought I would update some of the progress on my life long build thread. Recently changed to a Haltech 2500 EMS from my 1st. gen AEM. Big difference in performance. Dyno run last summer posted 611 rwhp. & 580TQ. Kept the fuel map fairly conservative with 19 lbs. boost. With the aggressive cams...

Thanks for the heads up. I did end up sending the pump to DM for a rebuild, as usual with Aaron great service.

    It’s been a while.

I am looking for a power steering pump for my 91 turbo. I know Aaron at Driftmotion offers a rebuild service. I would like to have a backup for the rebuild time. Thanks-Fred

    Need shop in MD

I would not have recommended them if they did not "KNOW" anything about working on a Supra. Granted, my car is a 7mGTE, but since my car has been in their shop I have seen them do a # of engine swaps--all good, owners happy. JE's mechanics, especially Chris & John know their business. James...

What would your 1st hand gun be?

Sig Master Shop Series, by prepared to wait! About a year. If you are serious about that price range--around 3K, step up a little farther and get a P226x6PPC. For a 9mm you could also look at a Sig P210-great pistol and you can save some $$$$. Still a big difference from a 9 and the P220 45. Sig...

Need some help cleaningthe siding of my house

Go to Home Depot and buy some Zep commercial House & Siding Cleaner. It can be used in a power washer but I'd try it first with a scrub brush. Good product.

    Model 41

Yes, I wouldn't consider a 41 as a first or second gun. It's a range-target/match gun. Very smooth, very accurate and easy to shoot compared to a 45ACP. Actually gets some getting used too! Personally I love shooting 1911's. My wife & I have a few. My son just bought a Sig F model-Nightmare...

    Model 41

This one was $950. + $57. tax & $10 state fees, = $1017. Not pictured but important was another mag., brand new and never loaded-fired plus the original S&W box with all the original paper work, manual and cleaning kit. The box is not mint, with some wear but it is in very fine condition...

    Model 41

.22LR Brad, the one in the pic is from 1971, mine is from 1965. They are just great fun to shoot. Super accurate with hardly any mussel flip. Best to date is about a 1" group @ 25 ft., that should come down to about a 1/2" with some practice. Don't think I can pinwheel a 50 anymore--age. Give me...

    Model 41

Just picked up an old friend, actually two The one pictured I bought for my wife, mine is in the shop being cleaned. The last time I shot one of these S&W Model 41 22 cal. 7 3/8" compensated pistols was some time in 1962. Loved it then and happened upon 2 of them at the range recently...

    Small caliber stories

That's pretty nasty! Still laughing! The 25 cal. Jet Fire is the first hand gun my wife ever owned. It's in the safe now.

This thread will only help one, fast person, I'd say.

Yes the crank bolt needs to be machined. Doesn't look like the AC pulley is on the damper in the pic but I might be wrong on that.

What would your 1st hand gun be?

AR15 is a hell of a long way from "What would your 1st hand gun be?". As far as home defense, look at a Kel Tec KSG, although pretty hard to find. Another thought for the op, look at a Sig P220 Equinox--45ACP.
