I go to turn my supra on today and out of no where my SAFC stops working, so my engine idles funkky tested some wires and found out the ground to the SAFC and ECU are carrying almost no voltage (really only 2 volts maybe 3) I cant see any wires burnt or cut, o2 sensor wires good, any ideas?

Is there any access hole on the drivers side firewall that is large enough to fit a <4mm vacuum hose in but not any larger than about 5mm. any answer in that range is fine. I just dont want to have to drill any holes, which in time may lead to rush and etc..
