well if you look at this link or just go to the work wheels website the options for the meister s1r are pretty extreme its a really deap dish wheel and i think the lowest offset they have is like a +55
i just want to run these wheels and have at least stock tire width all the way around...
ok so ive been looking through this thread and have noticed that not very many people are running high offset. i want to run work meister s1r's and looking at their fitment chart the majority of the options have too much offset. does anyone have a set up for the meister's that works?
thanks...
it wont. not going to try, and besides new lsd shims are more important than lights! it sucks when you drift and do j turns and only one tire breaks loose.........
im thinking 1jz swap, its more power stock than a 7mgte and i dont want to turbo my 7m because of all the differences and i would have to take the motor out to swap internals anyway so if my na 7m comes out a 1jz or 2jz goes in.
like some one else already mentioned the clunk is probably more noticable because of the lack of interior. and as for how you described the clunk happening it makes sense. i can write a page and you still wont completly understand how this all works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujsxq9WBllU...
since we are on the topic of cooling systems, is it worth it to swap a electrical fan set up for the already existing mechanical fan? will it still cool efficiantly, and do you gain any throttle response and or hp?
my guess is that your spring for the shims is worn out and the mechanism is not working correctly. or it is working too well and it is sticking. does it clunk only under hard excelleration? or under braking?
ok then i guess ill just have to wait till i get the money to buy them. and for the record the only word i misspelled was "these" and that was a typing error. i was just thinking that 60 dollars was expensive because i can get new headlights at orielys for 16 dollars a piece, so conversly 60...
no what i need to find is cheaper lights, they have thses forums for a reason and that is to share and colaborate ideas and knowledge. all i did was ask a simple question.....
like i said i just fixed a cracked hose so now there should'nt be any air in my system and i know that my head gasket is good cause i did it less than 200 mi ago. so when i get new registration ill drive it and see if the problem persits
i have a 86.5 and i just fixed a cracked hose, but before if i ran it hard i would garuntee over heat. its a 7mge and im thinking about running that royal purple liquid ice coolant additive i read alot of good stuff about it.
