What do people think of the hx35's and hx40's. My buddy just got a hx40 for his 7m and he is extremely excited. It seems that they are very reliable and very powerful. I dont remember hearing about them used on Supras until recently though.

I might have been wrong. I haven't gone out and looked at the engine, but i might have been thinking about the 7m. Either way. I can probably do an embossing where the 7m had their engine code. I don't know yet, once i get the drawings done, we can tweak with the design.

Can you tell me what material the previous ones were made of? I am thinking clear polycarbonate. Which i have heard can be kinda challenging, but it should be super strong.

My stock one has 1jz-gte on it. Doesn't yours? I am going to do my best to copy the stock one exactly.

If anyone else can think of any other cool plastic or composite shit for the supra, i might be interested in making them. Clear turn signals would be nice, but don't think they are worth my time. They are only like 60 bucks shipped.

I was expecting 330 also. I have a feeling that the dyno was just a bit off, but i am not sure. I would guess that the torque was right on, but the HP was off just by a bit. But do remember, i am still running a cat. That does decrease flow. :(
