no difference, just he kit might be difference. It should be the exact same pump. As long as you are sure you don't have a china one, then you are fine.
Well, i want a good performer that isnt going to make horribly loud noises like i have heard so many walbros do. That is why i was looking at the denso pumps. I thought they would be better in all ways and just about the same price. I wasn't seeing a negative until IJ said what he said.
I have been searching for quite a while and i have found a great page with all the info. I might have missed it. I found this one:http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66428&highlight=flow+test+injectors
I wanted to get peoples thoughts on which shops were best for injector cleaning...
Interesting, their website doesnt mention upgrading any parts. They only say they replace any worn parts. I assumed that they put in better stuff then original.
appx, but not exact. You need to run a fuel injector calculation. I did them last year in class. A lot of people say they are your hp, but it isnt true. The calculations for 550rwhp is about 630 hp and you should be using about 650cc injectors to safely flow for that much. I have seen a few guys...
I have no plans to go beyond 550whp. I was asking about the size of the injectors. For 550whp, you should be running about 680cc injectors. That is exactly what i would like to run, but i dont know of any side feed 680s that would fit. Can the stock fuel rail go beyond the 550cc injectors and...
I also would like to know the maximum size of injectors for the 2j/1jz fuel rail. Can we use larger then 550cc? I was told that 550cc was the max before needing to change to a larger fuel rail.
How would increasing back pressure of the exhaust successfully correct the ECU's overboost issue? All i can imagine is that it actually just reduces your maximum boost, thus sorta stopping the boost cut, but it just is a band aid, not a fix. You have to remap the fuel tables to correct this...
Yeah, they usually go for about 500. I really need to get mine fixed. 2 traces got hurt on the board when the cap blew. I know it is reparable, i just havent found the right guy to do the job.
That is awesome dude, once complete you are going to have a blast! :) I would not suggest 26lbs of boost again with street gas though. That is a bit excessive. With the right tune, maybe, but that is defiantly dangerous and really pushing the car. We don't have dinky 4 bangers that need that...
