Finished my battery relocation with cutoff switch and fuel pump rewire (PICS)

    Got another problem

Follow Supra86Point5 advice about the coolant temp sensor and MAF sensor. The cold start injector will just make it run worse when warmed up. Test procedures for the sensors can be found in the TSRM.

How important is the vac line running from the accordian pipe...

To give you a little more clarification and answer your question, as long as you dont mind seeing your idle dip to 450 - 650 RPM with the A/C on and the steering turned full tilt waiting for the woman with 8 kids and 2 shoppping carts to load up so you can get that space next to the door. It...

How important is the vac line running from the accordian pipe...

Engine would have to be in poor tune to stall over the PS being turned full clock. It does however keep idle quality high and prevent a studdering idle that will usually cause the steering wheel to have a vibration.

No intercooler? would it be safe?

My 87 Conquest was a non-TSI version. This meant it had no wide body kit and no IC. The drawback to no IC was the lower then average boost level. 4-6 PSI boost was max recommended for no IC.

    I need part numbers.

It is easier to deal with researching my own part # before I go to the dealerships than deal with fax tag. Especially if one end has a dirty fax. That is actually better than some of the descriptions given by technicians. Even some of the more expirienced.
