not true!!! they usually dont report it to the insurance if its under 14mph.... atleast here in georgia they dont..... i have had roughly 10 tickets in the past 3 years, and not 1 has been reported to my insurance

being 10mph over, it should not go on your license or reported to your insurance, i would just go, plea guilty and pay the fine, you may even be able to call up and pay the fine earlier.... do not waste your nolow on this small of a ticket!!!! you only get 1 per 5 years... and you never know...
