Means that in a crash the boss collapses out the way of your head. Also means its ADR legal too - although I'm guessing not such a concern with your car anymore...

As you may alredy know, the listed A70 boss has the buttons for cruise control and is hideously expensive.
However, Toyota being Toyota, there are other bosses you can use. IIRC...

A 19mm socket with a breaker bar on the crank pulley nut is a far better way to turn the motor over.
Take the spark plugs out if you wanna make turning it over even easier :icon_wink
Unfortunately this is a link to an Aussie manufacturer, and I'm unsure whether you could buy them in the states or not... But anyway, seems to have the all the right temps you are after.
