Don't know if this was already mentioned since I skimmed through this thread, but using V-clamps would allow you to change out and modify your stuff if you need to change things around, like for exhaust laws or noise issues. Here's a pic of my set... Also, eBay has a great DP on sale...

I like how the molding sets off the color of the car. All newer cars either come with matched color trim or no trim at all, making them look bland and all the same. With the off-set colors, it defines the car more. Call me old-fashioned, but even when I paint mine black it's going to keep...

Hate to differ, but I don't think he won either. It looks like he lost traction before the finish line and the IS300 had a good pull ahead of him when he spun. Still, he won at saving the $upra, so that counts for something. Nice vid!

+1 on a tweaked chassis. My sister did something similar with an embankment and her 80's Grand-Am. Tweaked the chassis so it would "kick-out" at higher speeds, but just enough not to notice what she did until you put a straightedge along the frame rail underneath.
