ok, seems i get that reply alot and its driving me nuts. i know a search will get me some answers IF im willing to wade through 100s of posts. the info is certainly in there but its burried and often out very dated.
why people keep taking the time to reply with the old 'just search', instead...
thats pretty much what im expecting outa going turbo lol.
also the biggest reason i want to keep my current NA and do the swap. ive fixxed/replaced so many things on it in the past 2 years i hate to start over ;)
ok, im just curious how many daily drivers are out there? im thinking of replacing my Na and going turbo(swap or buying another supra). however, on another forum someone is telling me its a crazy idea basically. saying the turbo supra will "be on jackstands 3 out of 5 days a week".
i know...
so im about to put all new springs/shocks on and i want to put toyota bump stops on as well. i got these prices and they seem high to me for the rear?
The front bump stops for the Supra run $18.26 each and would
have to be ordered. The rears are $66.04 each and would have to be ordered
as...
man i need new rims, im about to lower with eibachs but im still on sawblades. i like sawblades and all but i do like those rims ;)
i like them on green, with white just doesnt do it for me.
well i picked up a napa gold filter today. i thought i grabbed the wrong one though when i opened the box. the filter is huge, well huge compared to the frams ive been using.
i guess im never going back to fram again and stick with napa until i move up from spin on.
i agree, having all the good info burried makes it useless to me. digging through 100s of posts with biased people arguing filter A is better than filter B, simple because they dont like filter B is worthless reading to me.
i thought for a quick thread of which filters are used would help me...
::dead horse::
i Did read that thread. however, as i said before id just like to see what filters people are using, not a debate over which is better and why.
ya i saw that, and its a debate over what filter is better. not a simple 'i use XXXX'. i dont want to dredge though 100s of post and read opinions on why someone likes 1 better than the other.
just thought it would be nice to have a list of filters used to compare.
ok i know its been discussed to death and theres tons of threads. however, i dont really want to know Why people use which ever filter. id like to just know Which filters are being used?
ive always used Fram, now wanting to switch.
i dont mind paying more at a local shop if the service is good. sofar most cases the service sucks. i dont buy alot of car parts local, ive tried alot of motorcycle shops though and had no luck.
they all suck and never have my parts and have to order them anyways. why pay more just to wait...
i dont care about local dealers, ha i want online/cheap. not sure why someone brags about a great suspension and price only to not say where?
other wise at the prices ive seen its the same as any other entry level coilover.
