with the vice grips held down get the socket or wrench in place and give it a good whack with a rubber mallet. Its like a poor mans impact gun effect.

I used a normal craftsman deep socket(whatever the size). You just gotta rotate the cams so the socket fits between the cam and the side of the head. It was a Really tight fit, without the cam perfect the socket wouldnt fit for me.

Or just buy new upper mounts?
