My wire didn't reach very far at all, at least not where I wanted the relay to sit. Its not a huge pain, just might be a hassle for some so I figured it was worth mentioning before someone goes at it blind.
The brown clip is under the starter, easy to get to from under the car. Its a pain to cut that wire and leave enough room to extend it though.
I had a click but no start and tried this relay(against my better judgment) and it didn't work, a new starter solved my issue.
Wait, I just looked at the power steering diagram and not sure how I missed it the first time. I see the banjo bolt now with the torque specs... 49nm is correct.
/feels dumb
I just want to double check this, I searched and didn't come up with anything. I check the TSRM and I think I found it. I'm looking for the high pressure line to PS pump torque spec(replacing the stock banjo bolt with driftmotions SS setup).

I have bought a bunch of stuff from them, never any problems. Always quick shipping, some times slow on the emails but they are busy I'm sure. If I wanted an immediate response I would call and not deal with emails anyway.
I was asking how a helicoil worked as I never used them before. The link you posted was a how-to in the car, not an explanation of how a helicoil works. Your reply to me wasn't clear, you just pointed out the drill bit is larger. No reason why the drill bit has to be larger. It did help point my...
So, you have to tap up to a bigger size because the helicoil takes up the extra space and sizes down the hole to the original size? Inserting a helicoil in the stock size hole will make it too small for the stock stud?
Can you just use a helicoil(sized to match the stud) and not drill / tap to the bigger size? I have 1 stripped and don't have a drill to use... I actually have the kit from driftmotion to do them all but want to wait until the motor is back out of the car and I have a drill.
Not to go off topic but...
Is it ok to use RL 75w90NS in the supra LSD if you put in the LSD additive? Someone was telling me to go with the NS fluid then slowly add the LSD additive. The idea being its better to be on the low end of LSD additive rather than too much?
I have a couple craftsman torque wrenches and they are the more expensive tools in my box and also the most used. Torque wrenches do not have the craftsman lifetime warranty however, its only a 1 year deal I think.
Personally I would never buy a harbor freight tool, I know a lot of people that...
You should use a torque wrench when putting the wheel back on, I know a lot of people don't however. I torque my lug nuts back down in a star pattern and take 3 passes, overboard maybe. I don't want my wheel flying off because they are to loose and I don't want damage done to the rotors because...
Well your decision has pretty much been made for you. The whole reason to get the work done at the shop is to have a warranty. A warranty you won't have using the 935 kit installed at that shop. You can't do the work yourself or shop around for another shop.
So, that leaves you with going with...
They are rebuilt, $40 each front and $56 each rear. Just because some shop says you only need one now is no reason not to do both. Calipers are something I always do in pairs and they are cheap enough that its good insurance.
Go to napa and buy new calipers they are pretty cheap. Probably get 2 calipers for $166. If your going that far into the brakes you might as well do new calipers anyways. Maybe shop around for cheaper labor or someone on the forum close to you. Brakes are easy but you shouldn't do them if you...
