save up and get some turbo MKIV wheels if you want something more factory appearing. otherwise i say go 18's with a decent offset if you want aftermarket. anything smaller looks silly on a supra IMO
i bought a fan clutch from rockauto for 27 bucks they still have a few left at that price it looks like. the 2jzgte and 2jzge fan clutch is the same. i went with the 2jzge fan blade for more clearance in case i ever decide to go with a bigger radiator. stock shroud
DD the supra and buy a cheap little 50cc scooter for when the supra is down since your commute is short. 100 MPG and no insurance or registration required in some states
4k for a 2jz swap is doable but im doing a jza70 swap and im already at 4k spent and i already had the flywheel/bell housing/rear sump. just saying it will be hard to stay under 4k if you want a 2jz. also arent some 2jz's hydro pump? you might want to convert to mechanical fan like im doing...

I prefer the 89+ but dont get me wrong the pre 89 look great too. I just cant get over the hideous pre 89 front bumper.....no aftermarket lip can fix that IMO
