only flaws are the turbos failing randomly. some have luck with them and some fail immediately. i hear that the capacitors on the ecu's fail too which is a relatively cheap/easy fix. the 1JZ does not have oiling or head gasket issues
it all depends. 2JZ is....well a 2JZ and awesome. 1JZ is a great engine too. you could always do a 1JZ and then build a 1.5JZ later down the road when you want more power. if you find A jza70 swap it will have the rear sump pan that you need, bell housing, and correct trans/ecu.....could save...
No I wish, I have a JZA70 1jz swap going into mine.
What did you use to clean your bay? I just pulled my engine and mine is filthy. Good luck with that wiring :aigo:
record it send it to your email, download onto your comp, go to youtube click upload then upload it from your comp. then copy paste youtube link to thread. sure there are other ways but that should work
