maybe a loose wire on some sensor. check your plugs... maybe the plug that you pulled the wire from isnt conducting the spark from the wire?

well i got them mainly because they were priced great. couldnt pass up the deal. plus i will probably use them as street driving rims for awhile and then switch the rears to drag racing use with 255 drag radials. i think they look good, but to each their own i guess. way cheaper, got them...

yeah, there was a thread on the worm clamps not to long ago. most of the guys ending up switching to the t-bolt clamps.

you probably didnt even hit fuel cut. you put the new IC in, then went out for a test run, pushed the car hard and boom, you blew an IC hose. that caused the black smoke and the stuttering.

true, but the NA rims are 16x8 in the front and 16x9 in the rear. i guess i will have to "try" and not chew up the backs.... :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

hmm, i might have to try that. how well is the paint going to match with the rest of the center console color? i just got a sheet of carbon fiber, measured the opening and cut to fit... i plan on installing my other gauges here because i cant stand having gauges on the a-pillar.

thanks. i think i am going with 225s for the front and 255s for the rear.

they are going to make it fatter, with bigger wheels and its going to be a luxury coupe. no thanks... the only good thing about this car is that it might bring down the price of MKIVs.
