i think 543 rwhp for the stock manifold is by no means crappy. that is alot more HP than most of the members here will ever get.

thats what i am doing. installed aftermarket boost gauge (stock on is slow), removed the sensor for the stock gauge and am gonna install a stock voltmeter from an NA Supra.

you just removed the stock cover and then had a block off plate made for the triangle place? do you have to reinstall the big cover piece?

man, it does have some pretty bad pitting... but i think if you use a Cometic HG, it will be fine. If you are gonna use a MHG, then i have heard that you can spray brake quiet on there and it helps it to form to small imperfections. what HG are you going to run and did you machine your block...

BOV is a copy, but someone made a thread about the Ebay BOVs and took it apart... found that they were made pretty well.
