What's the thickness of material between the valve relief and the piston edge? In the model, it looks REAL thin. (Of course, ALL hot models are thin..:) I assume it's a normal dimension, though, yes?

I'd love to jump on the "BHG" bandwagon, but it doesn't sound like it- not since you have a new engine, retorqued and all. What happens if you run the engine at idle, till it warms up, with the rad cap off?

Umm- what's an NSS, or an NSW?? neutral safety switch is my guess for the first, and dunno NSW. PS- where's the starter relay? in the main EFI box under the hood?

Have you gotten an impression from them as to what the final price will be? I know you said it would drop with quantity, and that at the point of having an order of approx. 20-30 sets would bring the price to around $350 w/ rings- is that still the estimate with 45+ sets on order? Just curious...
