yeah yeah yeah. i wish mne was just running :-P It's just a future consideration--one of those cosmetic mods I'd love to do. Don't think I've ever seen an MKIII with vert's on it...
I figured. I was reading into the "$89 processing fee if we acquire you a sponsorship".
The way I see it, they're going to offer me one of their "quasi-sponsorships" and I'll get 20% off a bottle of turtle wax or some bullshit, and CS.com charges me $89. FUCK THAT. lol
Anyway, new question...
So there is no wood on the bottom? phooey. I'm looking at doing pretty close to what you did, except I'd cut it into 3 sections (which it looks like you may've done). The mid section fitting exactly in the opening in the rear (the size of the hatch opening between the rear seats and the hatch)...
to stay on topic and not be a thread whore:
Motor rebuild
Clear corners
Maybe an MDC roll bar/harness bar? :naughty:
PS--get on AIM DCR, you damn hoosier :D
I want a set of 5-spokes to polish the "lip" and bronze the spokes *teh sexxorz*
hood struts would be amazing if you can get me a set of WORKING ones lol. I have mine, but they're uhh...non-strutting
Eh oh well, I plan on either selling the backseat or trashing it anyway. as I read somewhere:
"No american round-eye could possibly sit in that backseat comfortably for more than 15 minutes"
:D
*claps for adjuster* I think we have an electrician on our hands :D
He is right though, this is the easiest way to do it cheaply. Fish Tape is alot easier though :)
