The noise almost sounds like the hum from a pair of speakers with a bad ground, but it's not the speakers. It's RPM dependant (meaning it goes up with the rpms). The noise comes from the front of the car, as in in front of me while Im driving. Any ideas?

Actually I fired it up saturday night, and we had some problems (my dumbass forgot to tighten the oil feed lines to the turbo-needless to say oil went everywhere). So $15 worth of oil later, it runs...and it runs fuggin GREAT. No engine codes (unless I stomp it, then I get a stupid ass code 52...
