Is it hard to do?

I was reading my haynes manual about installing new pistons and it said I needed to chamfer the block. What the hell is chamfer and how do I do it? Is there a tool to make it easier?

Dont use Lucas oil stabilizer, its not a good choice since it foams up especially with our gear driven oil pumps. http://www.bobistheoilguy.com/images/lucas/lucas.htm Just lift the engine and check the rod bearings. easy fix just takes some time, shouldnt cost you too much either. new...

I can tell you a thermostat works by the spring expanding when it gets hot no clue wtf a jiggle valve does though...jiggles? Also on that other gasket you can spread some silicone on to seal it and keep it from leaking.

I think theres a litlle clip on the back of the bracket you pry with a screw driver to get the reservoir off. I dont think its neccesary to drain the reservoir for a flush.
