On hellslegion's swap we just did the manual speedo went right into the auto speedo. the only difference I saw was the piece that goes into the tranny's.
I noticed theres no torque converter or auto flywheel on your list.
Also the turbo trans are supposedly stronger than the N/A auto trans. Just in case you didnt know.
Are you doing the whole valvetrain as well or just the bottom?
I got pistons with rings for $200, main bearings for $70, and rod bearings for $50'ish. I think I mighty go ahead and do the oil pump while Im at it, but thats the whole bottom for under $500.
There was a small computer with the ECU that we removed when we went auto to 5-spd. Also need a kickdown cable and the bracket for the KD cable on the linkage.
Take the water pump off then. You can use FIPG to seal it if you cant come across a gasket.
Check for debris between the AC condenser and radiator. Youd be surprised what a few leaves can do.

Im guessing a fine micrometer would be the best tool to do so with? And then I take the results to the stealership and have them do the rest?
Seems pretty simple, is there a formula to determine the size of the bearings I need to order, Or do I just order the numbers I read off the plastiguage paper?
