Where are your fuel injectors and fuel rail? I'm doing the same for my fuel and brake lines, but I'm getting Stainless Steel. Any reason why you chose aluminum?

What's the point of an electric water pump? Would it allow the motor some more static HP or easier revving?

You'll have to take the CPS out and line it up to make sure, as well as setting the engine at TDC. It does look out of place to me, but I can't remember exactly. It takes 2 min. Take it out, align it and put it back in. Is that simple.

7M on an AE86???????? unheard of :sarcasm: This is probably one of the first, if not the first corolla with a 7M transplant. We started a while ago and have rebuilt the motor three times. Still working on it. This is the test box. There's absolutely no traction on street tires...
