My 1977 7M-GTE CELICA! Finished! Test drive vid on page 18!

Great job on this build! I do have to agree with BHG... I couldn't see myself cutting up a nice stock Celica like yours.

    2008 Supra MKIII - Project 1BYDFALT

I have seen the black center and red lips. I like them as well, but have never tried to photoshop them; probably because I think the chrome/polished lips add a touch of luxury to it. I wouldn't mind having the carbon fiber center and red lips... for show of course ;)

    2008 Supra MKIII - Project 1BYDFALT

Thanks for the comments. Nothing is written in stone at this point. I keep debating back and forth. This has been an issue since I started my build. I had two setups in mind, one has chrome strips, the other has red. The wheels would have to match that. I still like chrome, but I'm seeing...

    Engine Idling at 1900 RPM

Beside checking the things listed before, check the little nut and stud on the throttle stopper. If it becomes loose, it will start to move forward, thus increasing your RPM.

    My 4 Door Supra Build

Nice job on the head! The rim size doesn't matter, the tire size and width is the problem ;)

What is the Overall height of your Supra? MKI - MKIV. That means from the ground to the top of the roof line. Post pics if you have them and possibly suspension setup.

The making of custom CNC parts = fun! (Installed pics of part updated on page 1 )

Nice piece Duane. Always hated that housing. I won't be using mine either. I was wondering where the thermal status would go :biglaugh:

    2009 Project_mk3 restore

Regardless of the level of expertise, or who's doing the work, is always nice to see people restoring the Supras instead of parting and crushing them. Keep it up! and always take care of the details!

Do you believe the Supra (MK3) will become a collectors car over time?

To answer this question, first you have to answer, what is a collectible car? And...that is a vehicle that is original and represents more value in the long term. I personally think that any vehicle, yes even an accel can become a collectible's item. It is based on the demand for the...

A-1 Racing vs Suprasport Traction Arms

Not sure if I missed it, but what purpose will you use them for? I don't think the A-1 Arms were designed for drag racing.

    New intake finished!!! (pics)

That's called R&D. A $30,000 car would also cost an insane amount of money if only one was made. If you are making this for reproduction and sell it, then you would do your calculations and come up with a figure where you don't loose money on your R&D, but is also within the community's reach...
