I don't have any factual data and is hard to quantify HP based on a TB, but I would say around 700RWHP.

Is your new pulley dampened? How much does it weight and did you noticed any difference after installation? Videos of it running and revving? EDIT: sorry, I thought he was talking about the crank pulley...
