4.30:1 will be perfect.... The idea is that a 3500 lbs car that makes roughly 550 hp should trap at 126 mph ... In theory you want to go though the traps right as your hitting the revlimiter ... so 4.30 gears with 255-50-16 tire @ 7000 Rpm is exactly 126...............perfection!! Jason P.s...

What engine management are you running or more specifically whats your redline and how much power do you expect to make?

At 450 hp you should be fine as long as the the diff isn't screwed up allready
