They stay pretty quiet after an oil change and get really bad 2k into it. Its worse under acceleration around the 2500-3k rpm range

I've heard that before. ill try it next oil change. I've just been trying random stuff to see if anything helps with my valve noise. My oil was still really clean looking before and after the flush

I didn't know there was an antenna in the back window. I'm using the antenna plug that plugs into my head unit without any adapters. I assume its the power antenna.

I just went to my buddies house and grabbed that part off his 90. It fit. Long story short, I took out the push button start that the previous owner rigged in and when I was stripping wires on that ignition module one of the leads broke off. So I went inside to try to fix it and it started...
Long story about this one coming up later today... but I have a question. Are these parts the same on pre and post 89 cars? Its the ignition thing that sits behind the key cylinder. Mines all broke and has cut wires and is not easily fixable. My buddy has a good one on his 90 parts supra...
That is true. Are 86.5's more rare than any other mk3 year? I haven't seen many others when I look at supras on craigslist

I wish I had the driveway to do that kind of stuff in...
Replaced my fan alternator belt because I was getting annoyed by the screech of death every time I started my car and until the belt warmed up it wouldn't turn my alternator or fan fast enough so I'd get no juice and barely any air. I'm...

Just filled her up and I've been having a problem where the pump won't stop until gas is running down the side of my car

My buddies parts supra has a good high pressure line that I'm going to take. I also plan on putting new seals on the compressor (that's how you stop it from leaking, right?) and putting new o-rigs on the lines when I rebuild the engine

I cut off my AC belt last week. It was cracked and my compressor leaks and its getting cold already so I won't miss it. It made a decent different in my gas mileage. I just cut off my power steering belt today (old belt and leaking high pressure line, won't be missed). Gonna see what that does...
