Yep if it's pisons/rings you'll hear it from the dipstick, you could test it now just take the oil filler cap off and run it!

I'd go for the smallest oversize you can get away with as the displacement increase is minimal and won't make much difference to output but thin walls can tax the cooling system.
FB: We don't have a chassis as such it's unibody construction meaning it's a bunch of sheetmetal welded into one structure not a body over a frame.
You could possibly replace all of the subframes with aluminium replicas but it would be cost prohibitive and most times you can't just replicate...

I'm using an ACT W58 street clutch and haven't noticed it slip yet but I'm maxxed at 9psi till I get the new IC in.
