    If your NA is clean and straight NA/T it! You're finding out an NA on the market is pretty well worthless as everyone wants a GTE, at least with the NA you know it's never had enough power to hurt the subframes/mounts and so on!     Pull all the plugs either hold the throttle down when cranking or wire it open If you don't unplg the coils make sure none of the leads are near you while cranking Remove all the plugs have a booster battery handy in case the voltage drops

    GJ: I agree that doesn't sound like RodKnock! It's like it's something rotational rodknock is usually only on the firing stroke so there are gaps in the noise, that's all the time!

    Yeah about 500 cfm through a 2.25" = around 206 mph/.26 mach Mach .4/304 mph is where drag in the pipe becomes a factor and performance suffers.

    In the "old days" (fuck I sound like GrandPa Simpson) The suger would disolve then get into the Carb and cook enough with engine heat turn into a syrup and block the idle jet/circuit. Don't know what it'd do to an injected motor.....
