    Yes the tank only vents while the engine is running, the tiny vac hose on the cannister opens it to atmosphere. I don't really understand why you guys are removing the CC as it doesn't affect performance in any way. If it's for "looks" get the small JDM plastic cannister and hide it...

    1 is the Fan relay the other is the AC Compressor Clutch relay I know these 2 well! ;)

    Mark: I would go with the 7 lb spring then I'd use a large hose say 1/4" id minimum to it and let the boost help the spring (this is how I set my Turbosmart BoV up)

    Dave: Yep stiff spring but a LOT of valve area for the Vac to work on so it tends to cancel the spring so shouldn't have any low boost issues. Mark: At least she's happy this time ;)!

    It should be done whenever the motor is down for repairs to clean out any crap in the bolt holes that can cause problems later on.
