Almost done rebuilding my throttle body. For those just tuning in, I had torn one of the two throttle shaft seals when I took it apart.
So I purchased another throttle body online in order to obtain exactly ONE throttle shaft seal...
I used to have flex-a-lite's on my car, and went back to stock.
Do E fans work well? Yes. Better than stock? No. Did i get more power with E fans? No.
Did i occasionally have a weak battery from the E fans running after shutdown? Yes.
Did i overheat twice from failed E fan relays? Yes.

Something that is only slightly larger than oem(if at all), but has a foreward jutting edge.
