Electrical question - coolant warning switch

High pressure? Are you referring to the switch mounted on the passenger frame rail? I think you are at least. That's a good idea for track use for sure, but I just want to run a warning led in the dash, as well as a beeper.

    Stereo mounting bracket bolts

They are M6, hex bolts with a phillips head as well, but not sure of the length- perhaps about 25-30mm. But why guess- lemme go look at one... M6x1.0x20mm

Installed DM "new" 7MGTE Intercooler.. question about boost...

Sorry to hear about your luck with this unit. I plan to purchase the same one myself. Good to know about these pitfalls in advance. Once I get mine, I will let you know if I had the same fitment issues, or if it's a random breakdown in quality control. I'll be using it with a MAFT Pro setup, so...

Electrical question - coolant warning switch

I was planning to use the same one, as I would expect the transient temps could surpass 100c during the summer, perhaps after highway driving, for example. I used to have Flex-a-lite's hooked through relays to an aftermarket temp switch with a ~105c switch point(which I still have at the bvsv...

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

If you don't take the bumper off, i'd say you can add an hour to the process. It took me from around 4pm to 6pm, including degreasing the parts, etc.

Not sure which guide it is, but see my build thread for a few more pics. When you see my condenser- you'll notice that it's the same exact unit as yours. You said you bought yours at Rockauto- I couldn't even find a listing for one on there...

Electrical question - coolant warning switch

Hey folks, There is a temp switch installed in the thermostat assembly, which acts as an overtemp switch. My understanding, is that once the coolant reaches a certain temp, it activates the a/c fans. What i'd like to know, is which sensor is it on the T-stat assembly, and exactly what...

    2013 Southeast Celica/Supra Meet

I'll be there. And if anyone needs any MkIII parts, post it here, maybe I've got it, or someone else does, and we can help each other! I know I have a lot of parts lying around, and there's a few things I could use, too. For example- a front passenger mud flap, preferably in grey. Also, if...

THEN, I was still so full of motivation and glee, that I decided to tackle the new box that arrived, rather than stack it in the back of the garage with the rest: New condenser core. I don't really know if my original core was leaking, but somewhere there was a leak, and after taking this one...

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1 through5- ***14 YEARS....Approaching the finish line!!!***

So anyway, today I was going to put the vsv's under the intake, but I'm still waiting for the right size vac lines, so instead I decided to play with the transmission a bit. Nothing big, but the shifter retainer plate had some nasty looking washers that needed replacing. As you can see...

Passed block test, coolant boiling over

I had a partially-blocked rad. Would drive at normal temp in the summer, until i put the a/c on. That was the system's limit with reduced flow. Apparently, the tstat was open nearly all the time to cool it, and when I added additional strain/ heat of a/c, it revealed the problem. Went to a...
