    strange overheating problem

If the system is sucking in air it could be an airlock and what you're seeing is a temp spike as the steam builds up then the T Stat opens and water flows enough to bring the temp gauge down! The scarey/sad part of this is that it's a perfect way to anneal an aluminium head :(

A good wheel shop can repair ir Shaeff. Not sure if I'd trust it at high speed though if it were me.

REIGN's REBUILD! Its a beautiful thing... (THAT IS FOR SALE) =(

    The 4202 with the 102mm exducer is a 53 trim so I'm guessing it has the 73mm inducer. Both use a 82mm 84 trim Turbine with 1.15 AR <ninja edit> Just checked it's a 74mm inducer

Bare head will be fine Open throttle 100% Crank 2>3 times for each cylinder and have a backup battery and jumper leads ready in case it gets low. Watch the gauge it'll peak and then drop back a touch this is enough any more cranking will just flatten the battery!
