    Jeff: What you describe is exactly what I have with the 55w HIDs and it looks exactly like yours just brighter! Without the tin shields it was horrible.

    If ALL of the above fails to make it work there is an AC Amplifier up under the dash that can die and stop it working.....

    I did mine with a fusible link direct from the battery then relays Ign controlled to the loads.
