    Find a good tuner you trust to do the initial setup Jake! The beauty and also the biggest danger/downside to a standalone is there are no real limits you can make it do anything! (even blow the motor to pieces if you get it wrong) There is NO safe mode!

    7/16" Allan Key cut off about 25mm/1" long piece and grind a slight taper at the edge of the flats take a hammer and knock it into the damaged boly then use a 7/16" socket to turn it. (butchery but will work)

    Bolt extractor is going to be about the safest suggestion Steve. Anything else I can suggest will mean total disassembly of the motor after to remove the fallout!
