John: Sadly the damage is already done if it's glazed the bores :(
Someone might have an idea how to correct it but if it were me I'd either put up with the blowby keeping it in mind that I can't push the motor to it's limits boost wise in case it detonates or I'd pull it hit it with a flex...
I have one in the back of my Plenum and another in front of the TB in the Cold Pipe, RADICAL difference in readings so I guess it depends if you're going to let the AEM do heat based corrections.
My 5 Bar Map is just plumbed into the Plenum.
Ran a methanol Injector on my old Datsun 240z and as a bandaid it works well as LONG as you have it configured to pull the boost back if it runs dry :( (fairly easy to do these days but a big challenge back then)
