    Usually when you have an exhaust gasket leak it will pop and crackle on overrun (ie: Give it a squirt and take your foot off the throttle letting it engine brake)

    Easy way around all this would be to break the motor in on a stock ECU/Injector package.

    I'm with Mark on this! My earlier posts were assuming that you'd broken the motor in on a safe map as no one tunes on a brand new motor! Arrange time on a local dyno once it's broken in and all is 100% then fly your guy out for the tune take him to dinner then drop him at the airport!

    Ummm plugging one is going to stop it working...... One is the pressure port the other needs to be open to atmosphere.

    An easy way is to plug it into a compressor with a regulator and keep dialing in pressure till it begins to open.

    Just watched a Local Drive event on TV here and while I can admire the skill involved it's just so pointless! I think like Drag racing it would be one of those events that unless you're running a car would get boring and repetitive as a spectator!

    Some of the additives in fuel will leave the white stuff. Do you have any reason to suspect Coolant?

    I used to use a 14mm nut and bolt welded together with a 14mm socket then bought a 14mm inhex socket!

    SteveMk3: LOL Yep that was my next suggestion but would require a full tear down to remove the crap/spatter from the welder!

    You just need a slight taper on the leading edge of the Key before you smack it in and it'll wedge in really tightly!

    That's why I suggested an 7/16" Allen Key you can make it as long as needed :)

    It's worth the trip Jake! Unless it's a Pro Tuner that works with AEM's daily I wouldn't be taking "advice" from anyone as at the HP level you're shooting for it will selfdestruct in milliseconds. Would even be worth flying him out!
