Wideband sensors read oxygen content to gauge air fuel ratio. When a cylinder doesn't fire it exhales a nice breath of unused oxygen witch is observed by the sensor as a lean condition.
VF will usually (in my experience) remain at zero when first started as it operated in open loop for cold...
When you install the CPS you need to install it with the rotor turned slightly off because when the gear engages it will turn slightly due to the helical gear design.
Thats not true, other cars break axles and differentials all the time. Camaros/Fireturds go threw rears faster then Ron Jeremy goes threw condoms.
Mustangs snap 28 spline axels with ~400hp and really sticky tires.
Jeep with 33+ inch tires go threw differentials quicly.
Lets not even get into...
First question i have is how are you running 18+psi on stock TCCS without fuel cut? What are you using to tune with? 20+psi on pump gas is a little more then i would trust, i wouldn't go much over ~16 without methanol or race gas. But thats me, and i share the same feeling as Ian about running a...
If the valve is the design variety where the intercooler pipe is plumbed to one side of the piston and a vac line is plumbed to the opposite side of the piston, the boost pressure will be equal on both sides of the piston.
The spring only keeps it closed at idle and off boost circumstances...
Horsepower = Work X Time / 5252. Work = torque and Time = RPM
If you make the same torque at a higher RPM you Yield More horsepower.
For example installing Cams can yield the same torque number but increase horsepower because the engine can breath better up top. It isnt actually making the...
Air shocks are a different animal, Fluid cannot be compressed. Using fluid to add ride height in a shock would basically create a solid suspension.
Though using an airbag type device on top of a strut and using fluid to fill it would give a nice solid way to variably add height when needed.
I believe this was reference to the resistance of the coils inside the CPS, Though the resistance is measured as a static state with no rotational measure defined.

Steve, How do you expect someone to diagnose a car...
I'm refering to setting a rev limiter on a built motor with a standalone. Those are things to take into account when raising it from stock.
Only way is with a standalone or iirc rebic lc.
I would imagine that there is more too it then crankshaft for rev limit. Things like valve train and connecting rods are pretty big factors too.
If the valve springs can't take the rpm the valves will float.
If the rods can't take the rpm they'll put holes in the block.
Turbos use AFM's It does not measure mass flow, it measures parameters that when combined with information from the TCCS can calculate mass air flow.
The door style are also AFM's just a different type.
MAF's use any type of device that alone will tell you the exact amount of air flowing...
