    You're circulating ALL of the fuel through the Fuel Rail while it's running back through the return to the tank over and over as the free flow is higher without the restriction. Put your hand on the rail after it's been running and you'll see what I mean, it's either a really good rail cooler...

    Remember when you take the weight of the trans off the motor it's going to want to tilt forward. Keep an eye on the Fan shroud Up and Down (I lost one doing this)

    Kyle: The .63 was on my 3040R not the 3540R but I imagine it would be extra insane until it choked on exhaust flow! I followed the thread on SF ;)

    There is "Cast Iron" Colour VHT Engine enamel! Nah I just make sure it's all clean and blast away I'm not that fussy about appearance.

    I paint after it's fully assembled Micky! I mask off fittings and anywhere a hose goes then just paint the lot!
