S Fast: The 2JZ wins as it's 3.0L and has none of the "issues" of the 7M and is pretty well a bolt in fit with minimal fabrication.
T56 won't fit with some serious reworking of the tunnel back between the seats and they're not that storng and have crap ratios in the common cheap junkyard version.
Cheap SS lines can be a bit dodgy but of you go for brand name quality parts they will have a clear sheath over the braid and this prevent crap chaffing the inner liner over time.
Biggest problem with this is the NA Electronics don't know it's boosting so can't pull timing to match the cylinder pressure curve and this limits how much boost you can run before the crank falls out ;)
