    I started using the Mityvac when Silicone fluids first became popular here as pumping would just aerate the fluid badly causing a spongy pedal. I've continued to use it as it means I can change fluids/work on the brakes without needing a helper.

    SS5: Not a whole lot of difference in most of em, you can feel and see the extra material in the Ross compared to the JE's though.

    While I admire people that make their own parts, on something as critical with the potential to do as much damage I just don't get trying to save some $$$ For $300 you can have a very good reliable FPR that won't flutter or lean the motor out, what's your motor worth to you?
